SC IM CITYID SRL-D - (referred to as "CityId" and identified by CUI: 35480742) understands the importance of confidentiality of its clients, and is therefore committed to safeguarding personal data obtained after contracting a tour of Iasi, according to the Romanian legislation.
CityId makes every effort to carefully use the personal data of guests, prospective customers and visitors to its website, according to the Romanian Legislation, Law no. 677/2001 concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and in accordance to the Law no. 506/2004 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
2. DATA COLLECTION
The company will collect mandatory information such as name, identification number, contact details, occupation, age, details of the chosen tours (tour date, number of participants etc.).
3. USE AND DATA DISCLOSURE
CityId may use these personal data to further customize the chosen tour and its on-line payment, to ensure that the CityId website and tour offers are relevant to customer and market needs, providing to all visitors, prospective and current clients the services and information about the activities, products and services provided by CityId and its partners.
The information provided by customers will be considered as information for which they gave their consent for to be used by the company to serve for the purposes mentioned above. The Company cannot and will not use the personal data for other purposes than those mentioned above, except the situations when that purpose is expressly stated in writing.
Personal data may be disclosed to a third party if required by law or in cases of "good faith" when it is necessary to be in compliance with the law, to protect and defend the company’s property rights and website and to make possible the protection of staff and customers, in case of emergency.
If an email address was given, the customer will only receive the information for which he has provided his email address. People who have provided through the booking form a phone numbers, will only receive calls from the company related to their bookings.

On request, we provide our clients information about their own person, for example, client or booking reference, information regarding his transactions (purchases, amounts and types of purchases),written conversation that the tourist had with our staff (eg, e-mails, on-line inquiries), contact information (eg name, address, phone number).
Upon request we offer clients the opportunity to warn us of the possibility of inaccuracies published on the website so they can correct it, if deemed necessary. Customers can correct this information by sending an e-mail to the address mentioned above.
In case of disputes related or not with frauds, personal data will be legally disclosed to legal accredited institutions, without the client's consent. When the law requires and enables the disclosure of personal data to third parties, CityId will provide only data required to resolve the issue.

In accordance to the Law no. 677/2001, our clients have the following rights:

CityId uses technical effective and appropriate security measures in order to protect data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, modification and deletion. CityId’s security measures are continuously improved taking into account the evolution of technology.
6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Some pages of the websites belonging to CityId contain links to websites of other companies. The company is not responsible for how these companies use personal data. Visitors are asked to read about privacy policies of these websites before submitting personal data since the conditions agreed by these websites may be different from the condition stated here.
